All commissions are for a digital product (non-physical merchandise)

All work has a hard deadline of 4 months, unless otherwise discussed.

Rush work is charged extra. Fee is contingent on time frame and complexity. Rush work is characterized as: artwork pushed to the front of my queue, with a hard deadline of 2 months or shorter, as negotiated. Always inform me if you're expecting your work in a certain deadline even if it doesn't qualify as rush work.

While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you to ensure the piece turns out just right! The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.

During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.

Currency accepted is USD and can be paid through PayPal.

Commissions are paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront / 50% after sketch approval. If I have a delay on starting the item, I will advise the client prior to soliciting payment, and client may choose to delay the upfront part of the payment until I am closer to starting their slot. Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

The buyer is not allowed a full refund once I start working on the commission.

If for any reason I am unable to start or complete your commission you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your order for any reason and I have already started it, I will keep a percentage according to the work done.

If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

Completed commissions are non-refundable.

Promote myself with it everywhere

Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)

Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)

Post it wherever I want

Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)

Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.

Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated.

Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially, which means making money off it in any way.

Using the artwork(s) to create AI generated imagery

Claiming the artwork as your own

Removing my signature from the artwork

Altering the artwork without my consent

I will not, under any circumstances, create NFTs or consent to my artwork being sold as NFTs.

I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).

I will do everything I can to make my customers happy!

If you have a problem with the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.

I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.

DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS? --- Yes! I offer YCH commissions as a reward for my MVP tier subscribers on Patreon + Subscribestar. ($10/mo). My YCHs are $295 base price.

DO YOU TAKE NON-YCH COMMISSIONS? --- No, but I do offer a lot of customization options for my YCHs that are included in the base price ($295), including expressions, clothing, accessories, and body type adjustments. Larger changes like SMALL pose modifications, significant size alterations, alternate/variant versions (multiple final artworks to be delivered on completion as an image set), and other changes are also available for add-on fees. You can view my fee scale on my Patreon/Subscribestar on any recent post featuring a YCH pose.

HOW DO I COMMISSION YOU? --- Subscribe to my MVP tier on either Patreon or Subscribestar ($10/mo). Check to see if my slots are available by viewing my most recent YCH pose offering post (Subscribestar) or my heading (Patreon). If I have slots available, you can reserve one by DMing me while subscribed as an MVP. PLEASE NOTE: I reserve the right to turn down commission ideas based on my Terms of Service, in which case we can discuss alternatives.

DO I HAVE TO BE SUBSCRIBED TO YOU TO SEE WHEN YOU OPEN NEW SLOTS? --- Yes, but you don't need to be an MVP to view my slot availability or to see my latest announcement! You can view the pose/get notified when I open new slots while subbed at any tier.

DO I HAVE TO STAY AN MVP SUBSCRIBER WHILE YOU WORK ON MY COMM? --- No! You can subscribe, grab a commission, and unsubscribe if you want. You can also upgrade from a lower tier just to reserve the slot, then downgrade back to your usual tier. Many people do this!

HOW OFTEN DO YOU OPEN? ---On average I open up slots every two months. I used to take slots on a rigid monthly basis, but I've accumulated a backlog due to my poses getting more popular, and this is no longer sustainable for me.

HOW MANY SLOTS? --- I open up approx. 3 slots per YCH pose offering. This is subject to my discretion based on my ongoing workload.

HOW DO YOU PICK WHO GETS A SLOT? --- My slots are first-come, first-serve.

IF I SUBSCRIBE TO THE MVP TIER, AM I GUARANTEED A COMMISSION SLOT? --- No. Subscribing to my MVP tier grants you the ability to claim a slot, but my slots are limited when I open them, and other people may claim them before you.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND? --- Currently I have a 2-3 month delay from slot reservation to start, due to a backlog. Once I start your commission, I have a deadline of 4 months, but I typically finish within 2 months of starting. This varies depending on client promptness with feedback, and the complexity of the commission/amount of alternate versions paid for.

DO I HAVE TO MAKE A DEPOSIT TO RESERVE A SLOT? --- No. Since I have a delay/backlog, I currently offer multiple payment options, but you can reserve without paying. The options include: Pay in full upfront, and I'll invoice you ASAP / Pay in full closer to when I get to your slot, in which case I'll reach out and get permission to invoice you when the time comes / We can also do a 50/50 payment version of either of the above, so half upfront (now, or closer to start date)/half on completion.

HOW DO I PAY YOU? --- I will invoice you over Paypal once we agree on the details of your commission.

CAN I COMMISSION YOU WITHOUT SUBSCRIBING? --- No, not currently.

WILL YOU EVER TAKE COMMISSIONS THAT AREN'T FOR SUBSCRIBERS? --- Potentially, but the likelihood is slim and it won't be for the forseeable future.

WHY DO YOU ONLY TAKE COMMISSIONS FROM SUBSCRIBERS? --- My focus is on my subscription platforms, they are my priority. It makes the most sense for my business model to offer commissions as an exclusive reward for subscribers, especially with the timed YCH pose releases. It also helps me manage high demand, as I would otherwise be fielding a larger volume of commission requests which isn't sustainable for me.
